• Sheet Metal Fabrication

• Provide accurate and complete information for quotations and orders
• Ensure all uploaded files and designs do not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials, designs, and specifications you provide remain your property. By submitting files to us, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Our website content, trademarks, and proprietary manufacturing processes are our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.

5. Quotations and Orders

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Orders are binding contracts when accepted by us
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
• Changes to orders after acceptance may incur additional charges

6. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

7. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier
• Shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed
• Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility

8. Quality and Inspection

• Products will conform to specifications agreed in writing
• You must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt and report any defects
• Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged in connection with these services, using at least the same degree of care as used for their own confidential information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the price paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your designs or specifications, or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the people's courts in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

14. Changes to Terms
